Shocking images have emerged of two animal legs among boxes and bags of rubbish dumped in an alleyway. The horrific scene was uncovered in Levenshulme, south Manchester, earlier today .
Alongside the bags, two severed animal legs can be seen on the ground. Manchester City Council confirmed the fly-tipping incident has been reported to town hall officials today. Coun Lee-Ann Igbon, executive member for vibrant neighbourhoods, said: "Fly-tipping is unsightly, unhygienic and completely unfair to local residents who dispose of their waste properly, but are left to live in the rubbish left by a selfish minority. This fly-tipped waste been has reported to the council today.
