Well I think I difer on this, the CJN in my opinion has a case to answer. Mistakes of that sort at his level is unacceptable let him make firther clarification but if this is about muscling d judiciary it will fail.

Petition was dated January 7, 2019; It was received by d Code of Conduct Bureau on January 9; Justice Onnoghen's statement was dated January 11; But the draft Charge sheet was dated January 10! In other words, d Charges were prepared before d Statement of the suspect was taken
