I can't help but notice that you never use the reporter's full name. I see two references to 'Kurtz' but neither has a given name attached. I had to search to find out that his full name is Howard Kurtz; the name 'Howard' never appears. You should fix this.

Because they would only give more credit to the case and maybe have to pay significantly more than the lawsuit asks. Let them!! They shouldn’t be allowed to exist pushing dangerous lies. There’s a difference between freedom of speech and known lies!
