Under our law, any judicial officer (the CJN included) cannot be tried by any court whatsoever (CCT included) unless the matter has been earlier treated by the NJC. So, the move to arraign the CJN is illegal, abinitio. See: JUSTICE NGANJIWA v. FRN Rule of law must reign.
