Dancing On Ice's Joey Essex could miss show as he unveils horrific injury

Joey Essex seems to have suffered from a leg injury, just one day ahead of appearing on Dancing On Ice.

The reality star shared a photo of himself sitting on a bed with his leg wrapped up, writing that he’d “had better days” in a caption over the image.The pair are one of six remaining couples in the competition after former EastEnders star Patsy Palmer was the latest star to go home last week. The skating duo have been rumoured to be growing closer behind-the-scenes, and were previously snapped cosying up at TV Choice Awards in November.

After performing their Paso Doble, Phil said of Joey's routine: "You did actually feel very confident about that. You said you were dreaming about it, woke up this morning and thought 'I can do this'."
