“There was still disrespect, all the lying, there was no change. Hindi po ‘yon first time na nangyari sa amin pero ito po is taken to a different level, extreme na,” she continued. The actress also reflected on the lessons she learned from her heartbreak and stressed that while she hopes “to experience love again,” she now has a totally different perspective on marriage.
“I still believe in love [but] aaminin ko na madaming nag-change sa perspective ko , especially with marriage,” she admitted. “So I really, honestly don’t see myself getting married again.” Abellana said that she has already forgiven Rodriguez and that she no longer holds any grudge against him. She then turned emotional as she declared she was grateful “for all the blessings and for what I have left.”
