_NYJohnny_ Lads Why would Google lease properties? Like from a freeholder/ landlord entity Is it an operational tax thing there? Surely; given their sheer mass +cash +ability to diversify +ability to attract workers where ever they go Sale lease back is better use of investment €$€$?

There are much more suitable facilities in the eastern portion of Santa Monica.

If Google can modify an empty mall, why can't state/county governments do the same for homeless people? Congress could pass grants.
