Huntington Park police Monday released surveillance videos showing a double amputee stabbing someone minutes before responding officers shot him dead after knocking him off his wheelchair.
The video of the stabbing showed Lowe sitting in his wheelchair on the sidewalk in front of a Shell gas station on the 2400 block of Slauson Avenue. The 46-year-old victim crossed the street and began walking past Lowe. Lowe, off his chair, came up behind the man and stabbed him once in the chest.Sign up for NBC LA newsletters.

Someone fucked around and found out.
Good
This is murder. Where was he going to run to? Why not wait and deescalate?
They tried to shoot him in the leg first
I think the cops could have subdued him after he threw the knife, but why don’t they have the photo up of him stabbing an innocent man at a gas station. Why this photo of the innocent smiling man? This ain’t tyre nichols. This dude tried to murder someone.
Suicide by cop after trying to kill somebody. Case closed.
A crazy thug. Good , clean shooting
Is someone telling me that they could not get behind him and disarm him of that knife?
