When 8days.sg reached out to Edwin to find out exactly how many pineapple tarts he had to eat for the show, he said:"A lot eh. I mean, in comparison to my real life, it's a lot 'cos I don't eat pineapple tarts. I'm not really into sweet stuff in general.bi hiam, but usually not a lot either 'cos you know when we're filming we need to maintain our figure so I naturally stay away from them. Even my coffee has no sugar," he added.
"At first I was kind of nervous [about having to eat them] 'cos usually the fillings are on top right, and I always hated the look of it. But thankfully the pineapple tarts in the show are shaped differently. And I mean people have eaten worse stuff for shows so I shouldn't be complaining.
