The four-day festival will offer the best in gaming and esports, cosplay, international celebrities, and more for the whole family to experience.The Mother City is gearing up for the most incredible pop-culture marvel, hitting its shore between 27 and 30 April 2023.

The pop culture event launched successfully in South Africa in 2018 and has had three successful festivals in Johannesburg. Now, the excitement is palpable with the announcement of the first-ever Comic Con Cape Town. "As a team, we are thankful for the welcoming spirit that the local pop-culture fans have already shown. We are so excited to be bringing Africa's largest pop culture and gaming festival to the Mother City, where visitors get to embrace being themselves, regardless of their cultural background, physical ability, or personal identity," said Carla Massmann, Show Director, in a press statement.
