Defense attorney Jason Bowles, who represents Gutierrez-Reed, said the charges are the result of a "flawed investigation" and an "inaccurate understanding of the full facts."
Seems to me the prosecutors are unsure of themselves. Rightfully so. Mr. Baldwin's attorneys are going to take this case apart. Not to forget about the public who are going to want answers as to why he was even charged in the first place.
It’s a shame this happened in California. He would have zero consequences in Illinois. ( oh wait a white man…. Death penalty)
