OliveTrouble I am legally blind and I can't even look at the sight cause it instantly hurts my eyes so I can't comment on this....some web pages do that to me... that's not necessarily the sites fault it might just be me....

Should she make the website 503 compliant? Sure, it would be nice. Is she obligated to make it 503 compliant? No, she is under no obligation. Most sites I do are not 503 compliant.
