Bookworm Boogie is the first of the IceJams to be presented alongside the Prince George Coldsnap Music Festival mainstage live shows until Feb. 4.

It was standing room only at the Bookworm Boogie, the first of the IceJams to be presented alongside the Coldsnap Music Festival mainstage shows help all over town until Feb. 4.

The Prince George Public Library saw a high-energy performance from The Oot n' Oots with lyrics that are educational and age-appropriate. The Oot n' Oots cast offers rock n’ roll music to bring their message to their very happy audience. The Oot n’ Oots is a family who creates music geared for families. The band features 16-year-old Ruthie Cipes with her dad Ez and Uncles Ari, Gabe, and Matthew, who all come from Kelowna.

The IceJams are free mini-concerts featuring Coldsnap artists. These programs are sponsored by Integris Credit Union, Omineca Arts Centre, Lheidli T’enneh First Nation and Sound Factory.
