In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Astley says Gravy and his producers -- including Dillon Francis --"conspired to include a deliberate and nearly indistinguishable imitation of Mr. Astley's voice throughout the song." He's also suing Nick Seeley , the vocal impersonator.
