SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY There are plenty of familiar faces in That '90s Show, especially in the early going, and all the That '70s Show cameos have everyone feeling nostalgic. The spinoff sees the return of a majority of That '70s Show's main cast, including Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith as Kitty and Red Foreman in regular roles.

Reviews for That '90s Show have been mostly positive. According to Rotten Tomatoes at the time of writing, the show has a 74% Tomatometer score among critics. Audiences have given the show a slightly stronger 75% rating on the popular review website. The most common criticism of the show, though, has been its tepid nature and lack of willingness to take risks.

That '90s Show season 2 seems very likely considering the level of hype that surrounded the reboot's first season, but if the show is going to continue to stand on its own over the long-term, they will have to let fans hone in on the new cast and make the new storylines as engaging as the many memorable plots in That '70s Show.
