Baldwin was involved in an on-set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in October 2021 that resulted in her death. The armorer involved in the film Rust, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, is also being charged with two felony counts: involuntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter in the commission of a lawful act.
Baldwin for his part has already paid an undisclosed settlement to Hutchins's family. He is also facing a lawsuit from Rust script supervisor Mamie Mitchell in which he has filed a cross complaint against the other defendants in an attempt to abdicate fault for the civil complaint.
I never cared much for Mr. Baldwin but everyone needs to step back and just hush up. He is innocent until a court of law says differently. I doubt being a conservative he wouldn't afford me the same courtesy but it's the right thing to do!

Should have been charged with murder. And of course the lesser included offenses.
All weapons should be handed to the intended actor directly from the armorer for the specific video shot and returned to the armorer after the shot. Weapon are always in the armorers control. The armorer should assume everyone is ignorant about guns.
Involuntary ? He pulled the trigger all by himself...
Why did indictment take this long? Baldwin pulling political strings to get out of jail free ? He now knows how it feels to be the defendant… whoever pulls the trigger is always responsible!
