Gwin will be charged with misdemeanor battery for the alleged "intentional and unlawful spraying of water on and around a woman experiencing homelessness," DA Brooke Jenkins tweeted.
She adds, "The alleged battery of an unhoused member of our community is completely unacceptable. Mr. Gwin will face appropriate consequences for his actions. Likewise, the vandalism at Foster Gwin gallery is also completely unacceptable and must stop -- two wrongs don't make a right."Once he is arrested and cited, his arraignment will be scheduled.

Glad to see this. I pray he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No one should so cavalierly assault another human being, and in such a heinous way.
This is going to set a president where you can't do anything if someone decides to use your business as a house. If I was him, I would sue the city for ignoring this issue, and costing my business money.
