Business Interest only payment on a mortgage that size would be $2600/month. That's just the interest Hardly affordable and record federal deficit caused the rise in prices. Current federal gov has no plan to deal with it. Other then more spending

Business Hi Trudeau’s propaganda arm 👋

Business Trudeau is the WORST PM AND WORST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO CANADA EVER!

Business we are so thankful 🙏 to the Liberal government 👏

Business GREY CHECK=Government Account = not news.

Business The grey checkmark showing you're a government organization is 100% accurate.

WELL WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T TELL THE CONSERVATIVES!! THEY WILL COLLECTIVELY POOP THEIR PANTS. HOW ARE THEY GONNA BLAME HIGH HOUSE PRICES ON OUR PRIME MINISTER, IF HOUSE PRICES ARE DROPPING 😜 😝 cdnpoli

Business Grey checkmark = Government account

Business I’m glad you finally have the label you deserve, state run and funded media! Good for you

Business Defund the CBC

Business Price goes down, interest rates go up. One again the ones benefitting are neither the buyer nor seller but the banks.

Business At least now you are being properly marked as State sponsored media

And I thought housing prices in Ohio are nuts ....

I guess we can all just afford to buy a house now. Let's not normalize those 'fallen' numbers.

Should be 25% minimum

Without checking any stats at all I’m gonna guess that in major urban markets (GTA GVA) it’s double that (24%) and in our market (Manitoba) it’s half that (6%)

Only another 30% drop to go. Real estate was never meant to be an investment, especially when it drives insane price increases that hurt people who need a home. Homes are for people not investors.

It seems like really good news, until you consider the impact on people that have already bought and financed their homes on previous home values.
