BGT judge Amanda Holden has praised Alan Carr, amind speculation he will join the series

Amanda Holden has told viewers it's a "good idea" for Alan Carr to join her on the hit ITV variety show, Britain’s Got Talent.

When asked about whether her new co-star Alan would be good fit for the series, she teased: "Well, watch this space." "I was really contained and found my filter," joked 51-year-old Amanda, before adding: "It's a good idea. We'll miss David but it'll be a good idea."
