Just five weeks before the Workaholics film was set to begin production, Paramount+ canceled the movie. The film was based on the Comedy Central sitcom of the same name, which starred its three co-creators, Adam Devine, Blake Anderson, and Anders Holm. They played best friends who dropped out of college and began working together at a telemarketing company while struggling to let go of their juvenile proclivities.
