That '70s Show Gang FINALLY Returns In That '90s Show Trailer

The new official trailer for That '90s Show reveals the return of most of the main cast for the first time. The series, which drops on Netflix on January 19, 2023, is a sequel series to That '70s Show, which aired on Fox from 1998 through 2006. It will follow teenager Leia Forman as she spends the summer of 1995 with her grandparents Kitty and Red and makes friends with some of the local kids.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY So far, the trailers for That '90s Show have only revealed the return of Kitty and Red, holding off on revealing any of the main characters. Netflix has rectified that this morning with a brand new trailer that explores even more of the new gang's hijinks along with the long-awaited first look at the returning members of the central That '70s Show cast.

Unfortunately for fans who are curious about the return of Michael Kelso and Jackie Burkhart, there is only a brief shot of them in the trailer in a blink-and-miss-it moment. However, it would seem that the couple has continued to reside in Point Place, Wisconsin, considering the fact that their son appears to be a local. The series finale saw Jackie end up with Fez, but clearly sometime in the intervening years the couple broke up and she got back together with Kelso.

Other than Fez, the characters the That '90s Show trailer spends the most time with are Eric and Donna. Her dry wit and his goofy charm remain intact, and the fact that they named their daughter Leia would seem to indicate that his obsession with Star Wars is still going strong. They have clearly moved to Chicago, though what exactly either of them is doing for work remains unknown.
