I think the provinces should be paying because they administer the funds and they are responsible for the « quality » of care. We also need a federal Children’s Rights Commissioner to ensure that agencies working with children do not violate their rights.

I propose we offer every First Nation person $1 million cash upfront directly then abolish the Indian Act, remove the reserve system and give them any property they already live on to own directly. Stop this racist system.
