Actor Anne Heche was not impaired by any illicit substances when she crashed her car into a Los Angeles house in August, suffering fatal burns and smoke inhalation, according to a report from the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
The spokesperson said additional toxicology results detected medications given to Heche while she was being treated in the hospital, like fentanyl, and prior use of marijuana, but not at the time of injury.
She was working on a film that exposed something.

The coroner issued a cause of death, not cause of accident. I don’t believe they have the authority to determine the cause of the accident (including impairment) and marijuana and cocaine in your system equal impairment for everyone else so…
