We should be talking about budget implementation. We are good in presenting budget but we lack the capacity to implement it

. Our crude oil production is about 1.96 million barrels per day which is already 400 000 barrels shortage per day. Same oil is 57.24 USD as at today which means we have about 2.76 USD shortage. You can't base ur budget on overtime instead of the real salary. Buharinomics 🙄🙄
