Teen Wolf Movie Images Reveal Nogitsune & Even More Returning Characters

New Teen Wolf: The Movie images reveal fresh looks at the Nogitsune and more returning characters. Loosely based on the 1985 film of the same name and developed for television by Jeff Davis, the original MTV series ran for six seasons and on Scott McCall , the titular teenage werewolf who defends the town of Beacon Hills from various supernatural threats. Now, the MTV show's story will be continued in Teen Wolf: The Movie, which is written by Davis and will debut next year.

The images also show a grown-up Scott McCall and many more returning characters. Check out the new images below:Everything We Know About Teen Wolf: The Movie Releasing Teen Wolf: The Movie is releasing on January 26 on Paramount+, and since it's a continuation of the MTV series, will feature most of the original cast reprising their roles.

The Teen Wolf: The Movie trailer revealed that the Nogitsune, one of the MTV show's most popular villains, is returning in the upcoming feature film alongside Allison Argent . However, the version of Allison that is returning is different from the one in the show, as the character died fighting the Nogitsune in Teen Wolf season 3. This has led to speculation that the Nogitsune might be taking on the form of Allison considering the villain shapeshifts into whomever he is possessing.

Though Teen Wolf: The Movie is set 13 years after the end of the original series, Beacon Hills is as dangerous as ever. Under the illumination of a full moon, new terrifying threats will emerge, including Banshees, Werecoyotes, Hellhounds, Kitsunes, and other shapeshifters. It will be up to Scott to recruit allies, both old and new, in order to defeat them.
