A lot of people don’t feel this team represents Iranian people. They had some photoshoots with president that in my personal opinion orchestrated by government. During games you could hear chants against them.

Make no mistake! That song was not Iran's national anthem! That was regime's anthem which the athletes refused to sing it in protest to regime's barbaric slaughtering Iranians!
