Opening in theaters on Friday, “The Menu” is focused on an exclusive dining experience that finds privileged patrons the subject of Chef Julian Slowik’s menu. No, this isn’t the new cannibalism movie .Directed by Mark Mylod, the black comedy/horror film features Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicholas Hoult and John Leguizamo.

Less jokey, even though this film is super funny. It’s really a thriller and we sucker you in with beautiful food and poetry about food.
