San Antonio actress Sammi Haney stars as Esperanza in the final episode of the Netflix series,"Raising Dion." Haney recently received a Children's & Family Emmy nomination for her role of the sassy young wheelchair user. Haney has brittle bone disease and has lived with the condition since birth. The new standalone Emmys ceremony runs Dec. 10-11 in Los Angeles.
