New WinnieThePoohBloodAndHoney images offer a look at the characters' bloody killing spree, as well as a young Christopher Robin.

New Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey images reveal a young Christopher Robin in the upcoming slasher film. With Winne-the-Pooh now in the public domain, meaning that Walt Disney no longer holds exclusive rights to the characters, this allowed writer/director Rhys Frake-Waterfield to develop a demented reimagining of A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepard's Winnie-the-Pooh books.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Now, three months before the film releases in theaters, IGN has the first look at a young Christopher Robin in Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey. Other than Pooh and Piglet's childhood friend, the images reveal some new looks at the teddy bear in the midst of his killing spree, including some sweet shots of Pooh silhouetted against a fiery backdrop.

It is only when Christopher Robin goes off to college and stops feeding them that Pooh and Piglet become feral and unhinged. Other than Nikolai Leon as an older Christopher Robin who later returns to the Hundred Acre Wood, Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey also stars Craig David Dowsett as Winnie-the-Pooh, Chris Cordell as Piglet, along with an ensemble cast that includes Amber Doig-Thorne, Maria Taylor, Danielle Ronald, Natasha Tosini, May Kelly, Paula Coiz, and Natasha Rose Mills.

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey caused quite a stir online when it released its first images earlier this year and continued to become a viral sensation on social media with the release of its first trailer. This viral marketing campaign paid off when Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey secured a theatrical release in February 2023. For a one-night-only event, audiences can see the horror film in theaters courtesy of Fathom Events, Altitude Film Distribution, Cineplex Entertainment, and Cinemex.
