While Terrifer 2 never got an Irish cinema release date, it is now available to stream, having skipped the theatre experience. In the US it was initially screened over a few dates in August and was later extended due to demand.
The movie has proved a huge success and one of the sleeper hits of the year, with a current gross of almost $8 million from a production budget of just $250,000. Unsurprisingly, a third instalment is already in development.If you want to fire up Terrifier 2 at home, it's available now to rent via Google Movies from €3.99. It's also available via Rakuten TV, Apple TV and Microsoft.
