'I know and have known for all my life that Martin is the loveliest person you could meet'

Jenny McCarthy has shared a gushing tribute to husband Martin King following his final Six O'Clock Show and weather broadcast.

Posting a picture of Martin and the Six O'Clock Show crew, Jenny wrote on Instagram: "A sad evening thinking of all the memories over the years. What an incredible team, they all adore him. She continued: "I know and have known for all my life that Martin is the loveliest person you could meet but I'm honestly blown away by the messages I've received. I have read every single one of them, there have literally been hundreds of them!

Martin has worked with Virgin Media Television since it first launched in 1999 and is excited to move to breakfast TV.
