Moises Rodriguez, 34, has been charged with intentionally causing serious bodily injury to a child, a first-degree felony, Bexar County Jail records show.
Rodriguez, who was taking care of the boy alone, told police that he was “multitasking” and accidentally dropped the boy because he had items in his other hand.He said he provided CPR to the infant and called the child’s mother before they took him to the hospital. “These were rib fractures in various stages of the healing process suggesting had sustained serious trauma to the chest multiple times throughout brief life,” the affidavit states.
Does law enforcement actually believe this man would intentionally harm his infant child? This is an extreme overreach by law enforcement who have a preconceived notion that Mex-Americans abuse their children. Supposedly he performed CPR on his child. Did CPR cause the injuries?
