If I may break some non-news for a moment, one of the best things about Los Angeles is our food. L.A. is the most diverse city in America, we're right below the breadbasket that is the Central Valley and parked next to the Pacific Ocean. Yes, we're quite spoiled here when it comes to eating.
Los Angeles is home to many a celebrity chef, and this week on The InEVitable we're proud to bring you an interview with two of L.A. 's finest, Michael Cimarusti and Sang Yoon. You might recognize both of these guys from, or countless other food-themed TV shows. Full disclosure: I'm friends with these two knuckleheads, so this episode has more infighting than normal.
