Pl don't depend too much on antibiotics for such cases of long Covid just look around & you'll discover many things to arrest such symptoms. Boost up their immunity, practise Pranayama, give plenty of greens, walk in air 5kms, then give hot milk sprinkled with turmeric powder etc

PEM, exhaustion, sleep problems, brain fog, pain.. Hey you've just listed the main symptoms of MECFS without even mentioning it! pwME were the ones screaming into a massive void at the very beginning of the pandemic predicting this would happen. Nobody listened.
Might want to get that antidote quickly. Time for the powers that be to fess up and deliver.
This was predicted by many in the ME/CFS community. While I can't predict the future, I think the situation will continue to get worse until the virus is properly controlled.
