Wildwood officials say they didn’t foresee how bad fatal H2oi car rally would get

There was PLENTY of history out of Maryland where it had taken place for many years! Not to mention PLENTY of pictures and videos out of Long Branch where another pop up event occurred earlier this year. Gov do nothing also knew about it as well as State police officials.
