Arctic Monkeys to return to Ireland for 2023 Marlay Park gig

In the wake of their headline performance at Electric Picnic this month, it's brilliant news for fans of the band.

Liverpool's Mysterines excitedly announced the news on Instagram, saying: "Don’t Sit Down Cause We Are Supporting The F**king Arctic Monkeys."The record consists of 10 tracks and will be the bands seventh studio album. Those who pre-order ‘The Car’ from the band's official website before 3pm on Wednesday 28th September will get access to the fan presale.Last month, in an interview with Line Of Duty star and Arctic Monkeys super fan Martin Compston for The Big Issue magazine, Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner said the band no longer feels the need to "prove yourself as much" after two decades of making music.
