Constance Wu has broken a 44-year dry spell by becoming the first Asian woman to be nominated for Best Lead Actress at the Golden Globes. The 36-year-old actress was nominated for her role Rachel Chu in summer hit movie Crazy Rich Asians. The movie also earned a nomination for Best Movie - musical or comedy. The nominations are 'the proudest moment of his career,' the film's director Jon M. Chu tweeted.
