The resurfaced clip from 2007 sees the Queen posing during a photoshoot with renowned portrait snapper Annie Leibovitz, when she is asked to remove her crown so the photos are so 'dressy'.

The Queen had a surprising response after a celebrity photographer once asked her to take her tiara off during a photoshoot. Iconic American photographer Annie Leibovitz was invited to Buckingham Palace to take pictures of Her Majesty in 2007.

The Queen had arrived late to the photoshoot and, according to Annie, she was not in a particularly good mood. Her Majesty donned the full regalia of the ancient Order of the Garter, along with a tiara for the first portrait. It led to the renowned portrait artist getting a mild scolding from the mild-mannered and polite head of state. She added: "Could we try without the crown? It will look better... less dressy. Because the garter robe is so."Sounding annoyed, she added: "What do you think this is....?"
