Dáithí O'Sé kept things simple at home as he and wife Rita Talty celebrated 10 years of marriage together last month.
The couple had dinner before Rita and their eight-year-old son Ógie jetted off to New Jersey for a month's holiday with Rita's family. She has been in America with Ógie for the last month and I am looking forward to seeing them.The summer is always a special time in their household because the pair first met at the Rose of Tralee.What does Rita say when he is surrounded by beautiful women at the annual festival? He joked: "What can I say? She doesn't care. We come to work and have a bit of fun, she knows what it is all about herself.
For Dáithí, his attention is now turning to season 11 of The Today Show, which he presents alongside Maura Derrane and Sinead Kennedy, but he is taking a well-deserved break first. He said: "We will be back for 170 shows from the fourth Monday of September. I haven't even looked at it and being honest I won’t be looking at it for another two weeks."READ MORE
