The latest issue comes a day after Facebook's parent company Meta reached a US$37.5 million settlement over claims that it violated users' privacy. The settlement resolved claims that Facebook broke Californian law and its own privacy policy by gathering data from users who turned off location services on their phones.

Facebook has been the biggest load of frustration since I joined in 2009. I have 97 friends and I'd just like to see what they post, on the day they post it. Hasn't happened since 2009. I gave it up long ago.

Well I am suspended for 30 days from FB for NOT violating standards (yes you read that correctly) - so 'glitches' seem to be the new Meta strategy.
