Excelsior District surf rockers Hot Flash Heat Wave, electronic R&B six-piece the Seshen, local rapper Ricky Lake, singer-songwriter Marinero and Pitchfork-The event, taking place on Oct. 15 from noon to 6 p.m., is now in closer proximity to Noise Pop’sjust across the street from Mission Playground, where they relocated during the pandemic after 12 years at their space on Bryant Street.
