California’s Santa Ynez Valley is home to Two Wolves, the “second-life dream” owned by Alecia Moore – better known as P!nk.

Let’s get the celebrity angle out of the way first. On the Zoom screen in front of me is the instantly recognisable face of P!nk – real name Alecia Moore – beaming in from her home in the Santa Ynez Valley on California’s central coast.

“I’ve been doing music a long time,” she says. “I love being around musical people, but more the musicians than the ‘people because musicians are so passionate about what they do, and about their instruments. “Cabernet franc has sucked me in and will never spit me out,” says Moore. “I think it’s one of the most interesting grapes in the world. It can be a beast and it can be ethereal and it can be hipster and it can be super tannic. It can be so many things, and I’m just obsessed with it.”
