The $90 million superhero flick may never be released

Batgirl, an already shot superhero movie intended to be part of the DC Extended Universe, has had its release date cancelled.Reportedly costing $90 million to make, the Warner Bros film was set to star Leslie Grace as the title character, alongside Brendan Fraser as the villain Firefly.Directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah , the movie would have also seen the return of Michael Keaton as Batman and J.K.
