Sara Roberts is fuming with the state of her local playground as she complains that the site is unsafe due to the amount of dog waste.

Sara Roberts says she wants to take her daughter to an open space because she doesn’t have a garden – but fears for her safety in this New Malden park mum says her local play area is unsafe for her daughter because of dog poo, litter and the facilities fallen into disrepair.

Sara, from New Malden, Kingston, said there was ‘dog poo everywhere’ at the Blagdon Road playground, claiming that one swing’s seats are detached from the chain.In a Facebook post, Sara explained that meant she could not have a nice evening there with her daughter. A spokesperson told MyLondon: ‘We are aware there are items requiring repair or replacements in some of our playgrounds.
