“One of the things that has happened, unfortunately – and 2020 was a real game changer – was that the probability that people are ordering stuff to be delivered to their homes has increased significantly.” Hijackers take advantage of their victims when they are most relaxed, Ngcobo said, urging South Africans always to be alert and aware of their surroundings.
