Columbus girl who was impregnated during a rape and traveled out of state to get an abortion touched off a nationwide firestorm surrounding Ohio’s restrictive heartbeat abortion law.Court records show a similar case happened in Cleveland last year, before the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v.
