Jason Bethune's absence from his trial this week marks the second court proceeding he has not shown up for this month.

Jason Bethune, 37, of Hagerstown Maryland, is wanted by the Cumberland County for failing to show for his trial Monday. Bethune was convicted by a jury in absentia for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and DUI of marijuana and alcohol.Cumberland County is looking for a Maryland man who failed to be present at his trial for DUI of marijuana and alcohol.

A jury found Jason Bethune, 37, of Hagerstown, Maryland, guilty of possession with intent to deliver cocaine and driving under the influence of marijuana and alcohol on April 8, 2021, according to the Cumberland County District Attorney’s office.
