Brava to Ms. Suda for going for the better opportunity and the bigger salary, unlike her two uninspiring big ego predecessors who stayed in the director chair for *20 years*. And the money bags Foundation board needs to remember they do not have the authority of the GIC board.

The reason Suda failed faced her in her mirror. The 'Byzantine bureaucracy' didnt need to do anything except watch.
