The group was filming a comedy segment when they were taken into custody, the company said.
After determining the group were not Congressional employees — and had been asked to leave the building earlier in the day — they were charged with unlawful entry. Police said a criminal investigation is ongoing and could lead to more charges.
And no one was sprayed with bear spray. No flag poles were used as weapons. No one died.

With recording and video gear and who knows what else. Lacking permit, stayed several hours after hours and unescorted. Just who do these people think they are (besides a flank of Dem party)?
