Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that this playpen does not meet the requirements of the. Specifically, the top accessory shade cover poses a flammability hazard while the top rails on the sides of the playpen can allow a child’s head to pass through, posing an entrapment hazard.

As of June 10, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.Consumers should immediately stop using the affected Pop N’ Go playpens and the included shade cover and safely dispose of them in accordance with local municipal waste requirements.For more information, consumers can contact California Beach Company by email at
